With the increasing competition and constantly advancing technology, it is necessary for us to provide superior goods to our customers. We provide goods with diverse brand names so customers can buy all they want at our supermarket. We have encountered following problems and defects with your good ‘Chunky Salsa’:
We placed an order of twelve cases of Chunky Salsa on date 29th Sep, but received only four cases. We are customer oriented supermarket, and provide superior customer service. We had dissatisfied customers due to shortage of Chunky Salsa. It often happens that customers change their shopping markets if they don’t get to buy their favorite items at one place. Despite of us working hard to attract our customers with special offers, we had to see them going because we were out of stock for Chunky Salsa.
Prices of goods do not confirm to quote.The quote sent by your vendor did not match billing sent by you. As per our agreement, Chunky Salsa is priced $1.80 per unit along with transportation, but we are charged $2.00 per unit. Due to this, our purchasing costs are going up affecting our monthly inventory and ordering process.
Goods were defectiveLast five batches of your Chunky Salsa were not having safety seals on the bottle cap. This could be a serious health issue for our customers. We do not compromise customer service and goods quality in order to make profits. We commit ourselves for complete satisfaction of goods and services to our customers.
Thus we hereby, reject your good ‘Chunky Salsa’ for the following reasons: 1) partial shipment of goods ordered, 2) Goods charged different than our agreement, and 3) defective shipment of goods. Please issue appropriate credits or refunds, and provide instruction for return of goods at your expense. Rejection of Chunky Salsa shall not be a waiver of any other claim we may have.
