Bedroom

"Home Sweet Home", this phrase is a central theme for everybody's life. No matter how far we go, we come back home and get the most comfortablefeeling. Home is a place which is shared by a family. It is designed in away that each member of the family shares same place and everybody has their personal space. This personal space could be a bed room, bathroom, library or any room in the house. In my case, it is my bed room which is a major part of my life. My room is a place where I live also it is an environment which represents my personality.

The special part of my room is that it follows a theme; which expresses my moments, my feelings and last but not least my life. It resembles my present and also holds my past and predicts my future. My room holds my dreams, and is part of the one I got fulfilled. It is like a movie, which can be forwarded to see the future and rewound to go to my past.

The most important element of my room is the color of the room, which is lavender. It tells that I am not a boring person and also gives a feminine touch. It makes other's feel that the person is involved in keeping up with latest trends. The second attraction is the wood furniture with the silver touch. It gives a sensational look and predicts the fact that I am a person with heart who can be in love. What makes the room better is the welcoming sunlight that is allowed in by a big window that is right behind my bed.

I believe that there should be something which makes the best memories comes back: that is my side table. It has my high school diploma, which makes me feel that I achieved some thing in my life. It also encourages me with the fact that I have much more to accomplish and should not stop to stepping ahead. With my diploma I have my senior portrait, which reminds me goodtimes in high school. I also have a candle set, which relieves my stress after a long day and makes me feel good about myself. It also includes a vase with one flower in it. This explains the fact that this world has some delicacy and should be handled with care.

My room does not end here. There is a wall full of my birthday cards and greeting cards from other occasions, which I got in last few years. I think for the person's self-esteem it is important to have something which reminds us the fact that their people out there who love us and admire us whatever we achieve. My cards give me some what of the same feeling. They make me a responsible person in a way that my beloved have hopes from me and it is my responsibility not to disappoint my loved ones.

For every girl, one part that is the most important part of their life is a closet. Yes, I do have a closet which is full of clothes; which makes me feel leaving home fresh with a new attitude, and sleep comfortable. It tells
that I do love spending money, shopping, and know how to reward myself.

I believe that if I don't have my room I am in another world. Our house is not big. Therefore, whenever guests come over, my mom makes me to sleep in the living room and gives my room to the guest. This is what makes me uncomfortable and feel incomplete. However, I do get good comments from people who stay in my room. They admire the fact that I have such an organized and modernized room.
